Terrible service and money

I called virgin mobile to upgrade my account in the Middle of November when I was told that it would take effect as of the 1 December I was upgrading early so paid in R150 then the upgrade didnt happen, so I called to enquire why this hadn't been done, I was told it would be resolved in 24 hours, in 24hours still nothing I called again and they had no answer and again and again 3-4 days in a row every time spending an hour on the phone. Eventually over a week later I was told I would be compensated with airtime and would be effective within 24 hours that was on a Friday by the Monday nothing happened I called again on the Monday and was told 48 hours again nothing happened. So here I Was no upgrade and no airtime I called again this time I was told they would give me R100 airtime, now I was R400 short on airtime that was supposed to be on my upgrade and R150 paid out of pocket for the early upgrade and they were offering R100 - terrible - .I then requested my contract be cancelled which again terrible service on top of that they have now debited R170 more than they are supposed to. This is the worst service and experience I have ever had!!! Disgusting!!!
