My contract came to an end on the 17 September 2013 and I chose to upgrade to get a better phone. The delivery time is unacceptable, this should be next day delivery and I have to keep phoning to check on the progress which no one seems to be able to find out.
I've been promised a phone call from Sizwe today.
If I don't receive my device today I wish to cancel my contract with Virgin Mobile.
