Virgin Mobile upgrade gone wrong

I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received from Virgin Mobile in the last 3 weeks. I phoned the customer service department in order to ask for assistance with my upgrade. The first person I spoke to, could not even assist me, and then a weekend later A lovely lady by the name of Itumeleng returned my call and assisted me in this regard. We were on the phone for almost 30 - 40 minutes in order for her to update all my information on the system, since I relocated from Pretoria back to Bloemfontein. I chose my phone, which was on offer (Samsang S4 Mini @R289.00 per Month), we confirmed the delivery address in Bloemfontein and everything related and I was assured that I will receive my cell phone per courier within the next 7 - 10 working days, It has been 3 weeks since then. I have phoned twice now to find out what is happening, and everytime I am assured that the phone will probably come before the end of the week. Next week will be my 4th week waiting. Yesterday when I phoned to follow up, I was assured that the lady would go to her Manager and will return my call - I am still waiting! My VM Phone is off, but I did give them an alternative number! Please Help Me!
