Poor Excuse for NO Service

I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR A DATA BUNDLE AND DELL LAPTOP WITH VODACOM IN JANUARY 2013, ACC NR 13485838-5. SINCE THE FIRST DAY, THE LAPTOP "CRASH DUMPS" AND RESTARTS ITSELF EVERY NOW AND THEN. I REPORTED THIS IMMEDIATELY TO RIAAN AT SELLO CELLULAR IN WESTDENE ARCADE WHERE I SIGNED FOR IT AND HE KEPT IT FOR 3 DAYS TO SEND IT TO JOBURG FOR REPAIRS AND TOLD ME IT WAS "FIXED", BUT THE VERY SAME DAY IT CRASHED AGAIN AND CONTINUES TO DO SO SEVERAL TIMES PER DAY. I INFORMED HIM THAT IT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AND ASKED WHAT THEY DID TO "FIX" IT. SINCE THEN HE MAKES POOR EXCUSES WHY HE CANNOT GIVE ME A REPORT OF WHAT WAS DONE OR A REFERENCE NR FOR THE COMPLAINT AND I AM TIRED OF HIS POOR EXCUSES.
I AM A DENTIST AND USE IT TO TAKE DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHS. THIS CAUSES MY PATIENTS TO BE OVER EXPOSED TO DANGEROUS X-RAYS AS I SOMETIMES HAVE TO REPEAT THE RADIOGRAPHS ALREADY TAKEN BECAUSE IT SHUTS OFF WITHOUT WARNING BEFORE I CAN SAVE THEM. I WANT THE LAPTOP TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE BECAUSE I CANNOT BE WITHOUT IT OR I WANT THE CONTRACT CANCELLED SO I CAN BUY MYSELF A NEW LAPTOP.
