Poor And Very BAD service received up till now

I've handed in my HP DV6 Laptop with Incredible Connection at the beginning of the month of April, It's a Vodacom contract I only had the laptop for almost 3 months and it broke down. A week after that I've deceide to follow up with a lady with the name of Zanele to find out if my laptop has been collected as yet but she then advised me that the laptop is still with them at the shop, advised her I need my laptop back asap as I'm using it for my source of income she then said she will phone me back asap as they have collected my laptop, that never happend I had to follow up once again with her she then told me that they did collect it from the store. then last week on 16/04/13 I called her ONCE again to ask what's going on with my laptop she then said its a memory problem so I asked her what does she mean by that then she said she DOES NOT KNOW thats only what the people that is fixing the Laptop told her & that I must wait for -7 working days to receive my laptop back. so it's been almost 3 weeks that this has been going on and I'm the one losing the money due to the fact that I can't work. This is really not acceptable I'm not happy with her bad attitude & the poor poor service.
