Vodacom misleading me (the public)

I am dissapointed with vodacom. I have been loyal to your company for years. Ever since ive moved to Renosterspruit, ive been expereincing problems with the signal in this area, on my phone and when i want to use my laptop to connect to the internet.
Watching the new add, where the male character (forgot his name), moves around to read his newspaper in peace, but fails, due to the good vodacom network, is false and misleading.
I am due for an upgrade in June, however i would like to know what is my rights to cancel my contract, or when will vodacom do something about this poor signal in the area?

Regarding my data bundle i use on my laptop, is it my internet explorer browser that is #$%@, or vodacom signal?? 9TH time im trying to send this report and just cant go throgh. Usb light was blue, but its green at the moment and most times its freakon green, connecting on edge instead of atleast 3g!!!
Whats interesting is, though i keep getting the error message"internet explorer cannot display the webpage" the usage of kb keeps moving as time goes by, thats unfair!!!
