I've contacted Vodacom a while back with the same concern. I am still experiencing huge signal problems in the Secunda area. Numerous times I struggle to phone or get any signal for internet. They pose as a very good company with very good internet services. I struggle to finish my data bunddle because of poor signal. I've been told the pervious time that they are improving the signal in Secunda but it is still the same. I also know of a few other people complaining about the same problem. I am also considering transferring to another network which can provide to my needs. What am I paying for monthly if I can't even make calls due to signal. I even installed a house phone due to that because from where I stay I can't make any calls. What will happen if there is an emergency and I have to phone immediately??
