I would like to know why my internet service was down for more than 5 hours on Tuesday 9 April 2013. This has no happened on numerous occations and is starting to get irritating and frustrating to say the least. I want to know hy I am being charged a full price for a service I am not getting 100%. The speed on for my ADSL is also fluctuating and I would like to know why it is slow sometimes and a little bit quicker other times.
Then we come to the Call Centre. This is the most pathetic Call Centre setup I have ever seen. Axxess advertises 24/7 Technical Support. After hours and over weekeneds/ Public Holidays you have NO chance of getting ANY support. You either have to hold on for 10, 20, 30 minutes or you get a message that says the line is busy. One person manning a phone is not called a call centre. Please get back to me on my issues ASAP, the next communication to you will be me cancelling your service. The service and the product offering have really gone backwards. I have been a client of Axess for a long time and to be honest you are starting to fail now.
