Good day,

This is not the first time I have complained about the service of Vodacom as a service provider.

I have some important e-mails to send via my personal laptop (Vodacom) this morning to my work-e-mail address (Telkom), and I am unable to connect to the internet in any way. The mobile device shows connected (3G), but there is no internet connection available. I did call the call centre (155) without any positive help. Still no connection is available.

My telephone (Vodacom) is having trouble getting signal, my iPad (Vodacom) is not picking up any signal at all, and my laptop (Vodacom) is not picking up any signal. What will happen if it is an emergency and help or assistance is needed immediately?

I have four (4) contracts with Vodacom, which adds up to R2000 per month. The payment is made every month, as stipulated in the contract, but is Vodacom living up to their part of the contract?

Unfortunately we South Africans don't know the Consumer Protection Act, Act No. 68 of 2008, that well yet, but I am sure that if we get to know it a bit better, there will be a lot of contracts from service providers that will be changed.
