I have the 2g 2g nightowl bundle from vodacom.
For last 8 months, I battle to get good signal - Not even 3 G. Battle to open google
I logged 2 calls with Vodacom - One last year - Nothing
One on the 21/01/2013 Ref - 275045376
Vodacom said they will send someone to test - Also no upgrade of signal in my area in near future.
*Call again Friday - No one could help.
*Went to Telkom - Said no signal in my area-
Also shown it as grey area for reception on Vodacom web side.
Surely Vodacom should tell customer about signal problems before just selling -
Because cant deliver service as promised eg mb per second, I want my contract cancelled.
One talk to one call centre person to the next and no results
Anyone competent, please help or I will never support Vodacom again
