I have experienced issue with 3G Connectivity over the past few months, in the area I reside on the East Rand, I successfully used the same connection in the Western Cape recently. Contacted MTN, they say tower is working fine, and I must go via my service provider to log a USD Call. this doesn't make sense, the Network belongs to MTN whose public perception is harmed, not that they care obviously!! Its like you get the feeling that they think you woke up this morning and said "How should I waste the time of MTN today? ", trust me I have better things to do than have to try and get them to do their job and provide the service they "claim" is so world class.
