For the past few weeks, the cellular network in the Paulshof area has been terrible. When making calls from anywhere near my flat, the people I call are always complaining that the signal is breaking up, and they are struggling to hear me. I however can hear them fine.
This has only started happening in the past month or so. I initially thought it was my cellphone, and subsequently had my software upgraded, but the problem persists. After asking around, it turns out that I am not the only MTN subscriber that is struggling with the same issue only in this area. As I say, this hasn't always been an issue. It's started recently, and I must admit, is INCREDIBLY frustrating. I have even resorted to leaving my own complex and driving out of the area to make work calls, for fear that the call quality will deteriorate again.
Please MTN can you send someone to the towers in that area to assess what the issue might be. I am happy with MTN and would hate to have to change service providers only because my current provider can't provide a service at my own home!
