I have been emailing Vodacom over a period of 3 months now. I have no constant kind of signal in my house and have to go outside my home to get any kind of reception. They sent 2 technical guys to me who checked the signal and could not send a report to head office as... there was no signal. Over time I have been called and told that they will 'maximize' or 'optimize' my tower. When I follow up and ask when (if I get the signal to call them) - they say when the technical guys get 'back to them'. Eventually they agreed to provide me (er... my husband is ALSO on the Vodacom network) with a ONCE OFF 2 month subscription credit while they fix the tower. I received a call last week to tell me that fixing my tower is not a priority and they they won't be doing it - if i am unhappy I can get a wireless network with some other provider. So, while I get to pay a 2 year contract with Vodacom (my husband too) - they don't have to keep up with their end of the bargain and provide me with a signal. This I am SURE is a breach of contract! Can anyone help with this???
