Exactly how long do we need to wait?

We went into Telkom to order an ADSL line which they said will take 7 to 10 working days to install and we had to pay a R700 deposit which was done. Today is over a week we have been waiting and we decided to pop in there and see how things are going because we have started a new business venture and need this installation as soon as possible. We were told the job was never loaded and we have been rescheduled again for another 7 to 10 working days. This is ridiculous! As far as I am concerned if this line is not in by tomorrow you can keep it and we want our R700 back please! We will make other arrangements as Internet connectivity is critical being an online business.
