I have applied for a contract with Cell c since January and the phone just died, it has gone out for repair now for the third time. I dont understand why i have to pay for a phone contract for a phone i dont have or have never had.
I requested for a new phone as the phone has not been working since i received it. Someone was suppose to get back to me and i still havent receivec any feedback. I really think Cell c's service is terrible and in future i wont do business with them.
