Poor service, no feedback, staff can't do their jo

We relocated from cpt to George an before leaving cancelled our telkom line. We applied for a new line an paid R700 deposit on the 11/03/13. we received a SMS with the order number. After a few days I called an waited over 30mins on my cell all for them to tell me my order had been cancelled because of an outstanding amount from the previous account. We went in 18/03/2013 an made payment, we received another SMS the next day with a order number. The following week I called an they said everything is in order I must just wait for a SMS for the installation date. Yesterday my cellphone was so went into telkom to find out what's happening with the telkom line as we were told 7-14 working days installation would be by the 8/04/13. They told us that we must pay R700 deposit as its pending the order. We had to go find on our bank statement the payment an then they told us installation date 16/04, i had to asked why they had the receipt of paymt but its not on the system.my payment was put on but to the wrong account no.! Now my business must wait all because staff members didn't do their jobs correct! Terrible service no one called to let us know anything we had to do their jobs!
