Still worst service eve

After posting about autopages bad service, I was contacted by a lady from their head office who told me to contact their technical department. After numerous calls and speaking to to many people, my daughter could still not download apps. The last person I spoke to told me that the phone was not on the right package to download apps, should this not have been the first thing they should have checked when I went to the store about 4 weeks ago. So after they did that and I waited 2 days, I took this phone to NASHUA VREDENDAL. After only 15 minutes, the phone was working, and everything was sorted. So many phonecalls and time wasted, speaking to so many unhelpfull people. I will be going to Nashua now, at least they know how to do their job. I will defenately not be renewing this contract. Thank you Nashua for doing Autopages job for them!
