I bought a samsung galaxy S3 for my wife 8 months ago, she accidentally drop the phone and the whole screen smashed, now that i want to activate my insurance i get told 50 different stories, from it is not activated, it was declined because another sim card was used in the phone, even my warranty expires as soon as the phone is broken, PLEASE EXPLAIN THAT STORY, now i want this contract cancelled and i want it done NOW, i am fed up with Vodacom and their service, i have phoned the 111 number but was send to 20 departments and nobody can help me, my next step i am going to cancel my debit order and go to the police and open a case against vodacom
