My daughter has a blacberry and can bbm, I wanted to open her internet so that she can download apps. Phoned Autopage Vredendal on Tuesday and they told me to wait 24 hours then it will be open, waited 24 hours, nothing happened, so I went to Autopage, where I was told that it shows it is working on their system, so it should be working on the phone, after another day of my daughter nagging me, I went back, waited about 5 minutes while both the sales people were busy with their personal things, they couldn't answer the phone but when the lady helping me cellphone rang she answered it while I had to sit and wait. She told me I had to leave the phone there for one hour and she would sort it out. After 3 hours my husband went to fetch the phone, he sent in my daughter, after about 5 minutes he went in to check where she was, she was still standing there, no one was helping her, so he got the phone, but still, no applications. This space is to small for me to tell every detail of the poor service that I got there. We have 3 contracts with Nasua and one with MTN and I can honestly say that Autopage Vredendal is the most unprofessional service that I ever got. I am ending this contract
