Really bad service

A telecommunicator contacted me with an offer for a Samsung S3
They said it wouldn't take more than 5 working days, but the package never arrived. Suddenly I had to go to hospital, so I contacted nashua mobile to arrange for them to just hold te package back until I get to work again (they couldn't go to any address). A day or 2 after being admitted, my colleague let me know the courier service ihis there with my phone. Obviously no one else than the contract holder could accept the package. So I called nashua mobile and told them that I asked them to arrange later delivery. Now another two weeks and 3 phonecalls further where nashua mobile promises to follow up, but nothing ever happens. I have this suspicion that the debit order will start before I even got my phone
