I have previously tried to resolve issues with this 2 Gig data contract with Nashua where I asked for feedback and it never came. I now have received a bill for an apparent 7 Gig download I did on this specific 2Gig account. I am not a fool and I would never download anything that big. I have a 20Gig wireless connection at home and I never even come close to that in a month yet Nashua claims I did this in one download on my 2Gig data bundle!!! If I am aware that there is a problem with this contract in the past and that I only have 2Gigs available why the would I download 7 Gigs... I refuse to pay this and you can hand me over, blacklist me whatever. I have been a good customer for over 15 years and have stuck with Nashua even with the problems I have experienced. This however is the last straw...
