URGENT PLEASE HELP

My mother took out the internet promo 5 from 8ta the 25 (h of march, I have the contract details and everything was approved.. This is a 10 GB per month for R200 a month over a period of 2 years. Everything worked fine, until 2 days after the contract was taken out. My inter just stopped working, I went to the store the following day and asked them what happened, they told me my simcard was broken and I need to pay for a sim swap (this was not the case) they sent me to the bottom store to get a sim swap, when I got there. They told there is no record of any contract on my moms name, when I showed them the contract. They remembered assigning the same number to a different customer. So me and a another guy got the same number, but that guy canceled his contract. And this obviously means mine will be canceled as well (referring in the begging why my internet wasn't working, this is the reason. Since then I have been for hours in the shop trying to solve this everyday, and everyday I got more from them, they say we can't cancel the contract and they can't activate it either. They refuse to solve this problem, its been over 7 days now. Im going to the papers with this aswell
