In July 2012 I signed a contract with Mtn for a USB internet modem. Within two weeks I went back and canceled the contract because the device could not deliver the service that I asked for prior to signing the contract. It is now 7 months later and I still get billed every month! I have been back to the Mtn service provider numerous times, and the staff that works there tried almost everything to get the contract canceled, but to no avail. WHY AM I STILL PAYING FOR A CANCELED CONTRACT!?
