I settled an account and now I'm Blacklisted

I took a 2 years contact Nokia E7 with Vodacom about 2 years back, within 3months of using the phone, it started hanging and stopped charging, I then took it to a vodacare shop at Jabulani Mall.. to my surprise I was charged R595.00 as I need a phone I paid them and decided to call customer care in Midrand to enquire about warranty which is displayed on the box, they told me that I did not have to pay it as my phone is still under warranty. I went back to the Vodacare Shop in Jabulani but they did not buy my story, I then decided to switch banks in order for someone to call me for missing payments, and ofcause they called me to ask me why I skipped a payment and then I explained my story and since we were not reaching any conclusion I asked Vodacom to bill me my phone balance upon cancelling the contract. They billed me and then we agreed that I will be paying R620.00 for 6 months. I then settled their bill and left the complication to rest up until I received an sms late last year saying that I will be Black listed if I do not pay off my Vodacom account. Vodacom never sent me any letter stating that I still have outstanding bal. and they have blacklisted me for nothing. Im stuck!
