Trouble getting contract stopped after 24 months
I have a data contract with MTN that expired Jan 2014, I have phone them to cancel the contract at the end of the term, but was told that I have to do cancellation in store. Even though I was not happy about this, I went in to a MTN shop and canceled it in person. I was promised that it would be canceled. Its been three weeks now, and the contract is still active, is this just a way to see how long they can deduct money off your account even though the contract has been stopped. They still invoice and deduct the full contract value. They are fast to give you a contract but try and stop it after the 24 months and then your trouble starts!!! I want this canceled and any money deducted out of my account paid back.
