I have this phone for less then 12 months, and it has never worked properly from day 1. An extremely poor quality product. I think it is an injustice that as a contract subscriber you are tied to a contract based on the handset, but when that handset does not function or perform as it should you cannot cancel the contract.
The handset is the basis on which a subscriber is tied down, therefore if it does not meet the customers expectations, or in the case of Blackberry fails to function correctly, that should be sufficient grounds to cancel the contract. I believe that the mobile industry regulator needs to look at this.
