Continusious bad support

Hi there.
I have been in contact with MTN regarding my previous claim of R180.
This amount was debited off my account and was at MTN's expense.
I informed MTN about the debit and they assured me the amount came from a FNB ATM.
I contacted FNB and after 2 hours on the phone they found that MTN was at fault. The fault came in when they accidentally duplicated my number and sim card. I am still waiting for MTN to respond to my request and they have been ignoring my emails with proof of FNB's statement. I will take this matter to the ombisman if I do not hear from MTN by the end of the day. No client should have to go through this and spend hours trying to clim back money that was originally theirs. I will take this matter all the way to court of I have to based on principal. This country is corrupt as it is and It does not need more of it.
