CARD DEBITED TWICE: STRUGGLE TO GET MONEY BACK

On & Nov 2013 I made a purchased at Liqour Fountain Boksburg. My card was debited twice. I contacted their bankers on Friday the 8th of Nov to be informed that it can take up to 48 hours for the one amount to reverse. On Sunday 10 Nov I went to Liquor Fountain to be informed that they need my bank statements. I provided them with same. I was informed that the matter will be referred to their Head Office. Nobody came back to me and I had to follow up on the matter. Eventually I was informed that the matter was referred to Merchantile Bank. The lady at Merchantile Bank is very helpful. The only problem is, according to her, the monies need to be paid over to a Standard Bank suspense account whereafter Standard Bank will refund me. The monies was, according to her paid over to STD Bank on 12 Nov already. I still have no refund. STD Bank informed me that Merchantile Bank should have refunded me directly. Merhantile Bank says no. What do I need to do to get my money??
