I have a Cell C contract. For almost 4 days now i have had no signal, which is costing me income as i use my phone to run my business. I went to the Cell C shop in Galleria shopping center in Amanzimtoti on Saturday, only to see the shop is gone?
I can't even dial the customer care line as my signal displays 'SOS'. I have tried removing the battery & replacing it several times, but still no signal.
I would like to know what the problem is, & what the compensation will be for something that is clearly not my wrong doing, but that of Cell C. My upgrade is due in this month, but am considering changing to a more helpfull, competent network.
