CASE AGAINST MTN

I am about to open a case against MTN..

Last week I received a debit off my personal account of R180. I followed this up with my bank and they informed me that this debit was authorised by MTN. I phoned MTN last week and they informed me that MR NEW ACCOUNT had taken out a contract in his name however they issued him with a duplicate of my sim card, attached to this sim card is my cell number, account details etc. This means that when MR NEW ACCOUNT purchases airtime/data for his phone the payments come off my BANK DETAILS! What makes it unreal is that I am with Vodacom as a result of a port from MTN due to bad service. MTN assured me that I would be credited the R180 and a enquiry would be made into my case, I have not heard back from them...

I am about to open a criminal case of with SAPS and with my bank, as the assured me they would fight for me to get my money back. If nobody from MTN phones to assit me in this matter right away I will go ahead and not only bring down the house for MTN but sue them for all the inconvenient expenses they have caused me.
