Partial refund recieved, where is the rest?

After months of emails and phone calls, I did finally receive my refund amount however this did not include my debited amount as was promised by Nadiemah Parker. I was told that someone in the refund department would contact me and this person did saying there would be no paper work required as this was already done for the general refund amount. This person said the refund was in progress but I am still waiting and weeks have passed by. I had to wait for months to get my general refund back and am not prepared to wait the same period for the debited amount. Mr Quinton Meiring had asked me to contact him if there were problems and I have sent him a number of emails which he seems to be ignoring. I need to know why we have to beg for our money back, its our money after all, just give me my money back! And no! I am not waiting any longe
