Excellent idividual

I ported over from Vadacom to Mtn Contract. I recieved the handset on the 2/04/2013, I emediatley actived the sim. I only got the sim active on Friday night after going thru departments. I later found the MTN direct consultant had a delay on the sim. I was lucky enough that Malefetsane helped me on friday afternoon, and letting me know about this. He promised to contact me Saturday morning to see if everthing went thru, which he did. I told him about the BIES that was inactive, and he also said that he would contact me to see if it eventually came on, which he did. My whole story is that I was bounced from one to the other until I had an idividual that asisted me and corresponed with me. If MTN had a compliment or service I would have gone directly. THANKS MALEFETSANE!!!
