I took a loan with [URL Removed] and our agreement was that they need to debit on the 26th of November but they failed to do so. Unfortunately I have other debit orders and I don't have a phone notification when there is a debit order I assumed that they debited their money. Then on the On the 13/12/2013 they sent me an sms... and it wrote and I quote "Hi, we've just collected your [URL Removed] repayment - thanks for paying us back on time! We hope to be of service soon, thanks for using [URL Removed] that is when I assumed that they debited the amount... after a week later the call centre calls me with attitude and tells me to pay... I advised them of the sms I receive and they just insisted that I take banking details and pay and they advised that I had to check my statement to make sure that they debited. Its December I had to send money home and I don't have money and is it my fault as they say that they will add more interest but it wasn't my fault that they didn't debit in time or debited less amount.
