I took out a contract for a Blackberry 9320 3 months ago. The ear speaker started to make a scratching sound when phoning someone and struggled to hear what the other person was saying. i did not take the phone back as i was working and its an nuisance to take the phone in for repairs and to wait 30 days. Then last week the screen started to flicker as i was working with the phone. The next morning the screen was dead but keypad lights were working. So i took the phone in for repairs. Today they phoned me to tell me the phone is ready for collection. When i got there they told me the phone was damaged by water. I know for a fact that the phone was nowhere near water or fog. I am very unhappy for i was hoping that the problem was fixed but only to receive the phone as it was but only worse for a water damaged phone wont be repaired by Nashua mobile. the person that was helping me when i was collecting the phone showed me a sticker that turns red when it comes in contact with water, was red. Only to show me after the phone was sent in. I am not taking responsibility for a water damaged phone when it clearly wasn't me. For it could also have been damaged wile in for repairs.
