Cancellation not done BAD SERVICE

To whom it may concern

Around the 20th Dec 2011 I applied for the 3 month Trial ADSL Uncapped from Telkom, it was installed on the 31 Dec 2011. We decided to Cancel on the 1 March 2012 which we went tp the Telkom Direct store in Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark because we though we have to give a months notice. We were never told by the woman who helped me that we have to call and cancel. She just said the cancellation will be done. We also received a huge bill the end of Feb 2012 which we did report because the credit was giving for those free uncapped or adsl line. We only used it for 2 month but nothing was for Free in this Special Telkom apparently had. End of November 2012 we were contacted by the Legal department which we explained everything over again and they referred me to the Accounts department which I spoke to and they promised me they will fix this within 72Hours which they didn't even bother to do anything. Today 15/01/2013 I was contacted by Credit Works and they informed me that we still owe Telkom more than R3000. What is going to be done about this, we never received bills again because it was cancelled according to us and we moved. I need to be contacted ASAP
