No reply from MTN

Good day.
My camera on my Nokia N96 stopped working, so I sent it in to Mtn for repairs because it was still under guarantee. Reference number was R1256236, Retailer FMZ in George.
I got the phone back 3 weeks later with a report that it was water damaged and that it cant be repaired because it was too expensive. When I switch the phone on, part of the screen was dead! There was nothing wrong with the screen when I handed it in at MTN. This phone was never ever near water, and the water indicator still shows white!
I reported the matter to MTN twice, but 2 months later no response from them. This is the reference numbers i was given: reference number is: MTN REQ:1389512, and reference number is: MTN REQ:1419315.
I took the phone to Katz and they reloaded the software and the phone works fine now, except from the screen that Mtn damaged and does not respond to now.
