A blackberry phone 9320 was bought on account at Edgars in Canal Walk on the 26-09-12.
Not even a year later the phone doesnt want to unlock. It went on and you could see the screen you could move but couldnt type. The phone was taken into Edgars Cape Gate 23-06-13. I had to call to find out how far the phone is to hear that the phone has returned already. was promised that they will call but i had to call back. was told that the phone was damaged by the charging point, a day later they called to say that the phone was water damaged!!! what i dont understand is how can it be water damaged if the phone was always in a pouch unless in use! y when i called them was i not explained of all the damages. This is a ripe off WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BB GUARANTEE? THIS IS A RIPE OFF and something should be done all the manager could say is this is the report! how can it be when the phone was never near water?? This phone isnt even a year old and i have a samsung that fell in water and is working so you tell me WATER DAMAGE?? you got to be kidding me!!
I WANT ANSWERS & NOT FROM SOMEONE WHO CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT IT! EASY TO TAKE MONEY BUT NOT TO ASSIST
