With a an automated reference number, PC-ZAK1-2PEWI, filling out atleast 10 questions to assist the agent. I have not had a response. I have also followed up with atleast anotherr 3 reference numbers for further infromation to the vodacon represenative. But nothing. please can you get back to us, I can assure you 100's of people in the area are having dropped calls, non delivered sms's. You charge a premium rate for a below par service. Come now.
