Disappointed with security from Vodacom

I would just like to alert you to the fact that you have absolutely no security in place for people to obtain PUK Numbers. My boyfriend recently locked his phone by mistake and just by calling 082111 could easily retrieve his PUK number. Although this was very convenient for him at the time, it made us realise just how easily this can be done. Surely Vodacom should introduce some sort of security questions so that not just anyone can obtain your personal PUK number? what is even the point of having a PUK number if there is no security to back it up? Its disappointing to be a Vodacom Client and to realise that they haven't thought of such simple solutions to our ever growing criminal society. Let's atleast make it difficult for to access the phones unless there is some really good explanation why this is set up like this. thanks
