OK been trying to get Vodacom to to respond, just respond to no service in our district. After two complaints on I eventually got a call from a network technician who would followup on the outstanding issue, for 4 weeks have heard nothing. Would you like some references from your customers that has taken alot of time, failed smses, failed calls, enough is enough, excluding hellopeter. Please no basic response of " We will get back to you". I think its time you provided a decent service and customer service.
