If I phone to the customer care and tell them my query they just escalate my call but nobody seems to call me back after escalation... I have waited more than 6 months for my data contract to be activated but nothing happens... I went to Sandton city Altech store and the guy told me that He cant help me because my contract was done telephonically not in store...
When I try to call nicky meyer or email him nothing happens since he ignores Me after signing that upgrade.. I have email convos as proof that He was sending me before I sign the contract... Every time I call I waste more than R150 per call since I talk more than 30 minute per call trying to explain my situation.. I tried asking for Nicky but I was told he is a Manager and reports the the MD so he wont answer my calls, strange since he is the One who called me repeatedly asking me to sign an upgrade
4 weeks back I received my 2 sim cards that we delivered to me by Altech .. BUT the data sim card is a prepaid and doesn't have my 24 GB... I called the customer care and they told me again and again that they have escalated my call BUT no one come back to me .. I have been paying for 6 months but my data is not activa
