I have called Cell C numerous times regarding incorrect billing to my account. One example is me getting charged R64 for a 17.5min phone call on 99c per min rates. There are NUMEROUS errors on my bill totaling hundreds of rands. Cell C's response was that I am not on the 99c rate. I have 2 responses to this
1) I have 2 recorded phone calls with cell C confirming I am on the 99c rate (Cell C will have these calls as well).
2) I specifically called Cell C and asked how much I should be charged for a 17 minute call and the lady said R16.83
3) Even if I was on a different (most expensive) rate I am still being over charged.
I get left on hold for ages only to get my complaint "escalated".
I have got to a point where I need to carry 2 phones at all times, 1 Cell C to receive calls and 1 Vodacom to make calls.
Cell C I do not want a general automated response to this message (this will test if they even read these messages or if a computer system replies and leaves you without answers yet again)
I plan to post and share my complaint on every form of social media I have to my disposal.
