Good day, for months we are reporting the MTN signal in Wingate Area. We are a few people in the same area and have been in contact with the Call Centre for MTN via VENESSA and ZIZAKELE. Both of them constantly tells us that there is no problem with the signal. We cannot get calls or make any calls from our cellphones. Vodacom-no problems, but MTN BIG PROBLEM. We are tired of calling MTN to have this resolved. We requested them numerous times to come out to the area and have a look or test the tower. NO RESPONSE UP TO DATE. I have a reference number for one of the calls made to MTN on the 22/10/2013: VENESSA. (that is the reference she gave us). We are a business and our cellphone numbers are unavailable. As soon as we drive out of the area to Menlyn - the signal is back and we can make and receive calls. We would like to get a technician here, but this is just beyond mind-blowing.
