I continuously have a problem with my network dropping while traveling or i the kingspark to durban North area. I do not see why i should always change my network to Vodacom, if that were the case i should have rather got a vodacom contract. i have a blackberry 9800, and always have problems where for an hour or so i will not recieve 1 message which requires the BIS nor any emails. as soon as i put off the network and put it back on then "bing bing bing" messages flying in. i shouldnt need to do this!!! i have laid this complaint atleast a month ago and have a reference number which is 3032101352.
i recently hung up on your customer care worker as though i have an available reference number and am a noted contact person on the account i was refused help after giving my id number home number and full name. what more do you really need when my name is on the complaint. i do not need to be asked security questions for a complaint i need the problem fixed!! maybe if i was changing my billing etc then i would understand the need for so many security measures.
Sort this out please as i need this phone for business etc and not receiving urgent emails etc on time is unacceptable!!!
