Really sad day for Vodacom

I went to Vodacom (1visit) to see what phone i can get and see if i can get a tablet on my contract as the free gift they always give me, the sales person said he will check with head office if a package can be made up for me, and i was told he will call me back, a week later i went to Vodacom (2nd). This time i was told that no package could be made and he worked on his pc to see what he could do, he could do nothing, he got someone else to come see what they could do, but with no success, he put a request through to head office and said he will call me back, once again i went there a week later (3rd) with no success and no proper feedback, so i decided i would just get the samsung note 2 and leave the tablet, He went to the back got the phone and came back to me. worked on his pc and even got someone else there to check what they could do about the rewards again there was no success, i was told to come back on the 4th of April, i was told he would keep the phone for me, again i went back on the 4th (4th) and now i was told they don't have stock. Now i have to go back on again (5th) each visit is over a hour and half of my day, i just hope the phone is there or ill just switch
