I have had a problem with my Cell C prepaid number since last year. On contacting Cell C I was told that my service is about to expire. I went and bought a recharge voucher and was unable to load said voucher on my number. Once again I contacted Cell C and they said they would investigate the matter. It has now been months since I had started the query and still no answers. I once again contacted the 140 call centre on Wednesday and they told me that my old SIM was discontinued and that I had to get a SIM swap done on order to get a new sim card. This was done yesterday and I had even more problems. Since the SIM swap the network had problems registering the sim and I have been unable to receive business calls on the number. I once again went to the Cell C store in menlyn park after phoning Cell C 140 and being told that my sim card is faulty. The store replaced the sim card and the problem is still there. I am beyond fed-up with their service and lack of knowledge. They hve cost me a bunch of money to try and resolve this issue but without any success or joy.
