I have now gone through 4 months of trouble with Vodacom!
I had been givin a faulty Samsung S3 on my contract, IT never worked properly form the start. I took it in to fourways repairs within the 7 day period and was told to come back as they where closing in 10 minutes. I did so and then was told I would not get a new phone as it was on 8th day. ( they told me I must pay for a sim swap to use on their phone during the repair period) - Here I recieved terrible attitude problems from their staff and decided I would deal with it on the phone as I couldnt stand the bad service.
The phone gets picked up and takes longer than two weeks to get a phone back with tha same issues. I have since been in touch with the so called office of the CEO and they said they would cancel the contract Th in Nov '12. I am still however being billied by Vodacom and have a phone that has never worked properly. I call Susaine Moraine all the time and am told she will get back to me. No one ever calls back and I pay for all the time on hold and trying to get through. I pay a premium for a phone that I can barely use.
When will someone take some responsibility and do some work on this.
