I upgraded to a new phone in March, and I bought a pouch from Vodashop in Eastgate. When I got home and removed the pouch from it's packaging, I was not satisfied with the quality, nor the protection that it provided.
I returned it to Vodashop, and I spoke to Lazola. He understood my concerns and spoke to his manager, Sherry. After receiving horrible service from a couple of companies over in the recent past, I expected that I would have to argue with the staff at Vodacom and cite the Consumer Protection Act in order to get my refund. I was pleasantly surprised when none of that was necessary - Lazola explained my view to Sherry, she agreed to refund me and a couple of minutes later, everything was settled.
