Contemplating changing service providers

I have been a Cell C customer for over 5 years. I went to the Cresta branch to purchase my microsim for my z10, while in the shop i also purchased a pouch to go with it. After a few days, one of the corners of the pouch began to peel. I took this pouch back after 6 days of using it and asked for it to please be replaced as it was not of good quality. the manager says to me that this is normal wear and tear and he cannot assit me. i explained that the pouch was not dropped or put in my pocket to cause the peeling. He insisted that there is nothing that he can do.

so using my better judgement not to buy another pouch from that store, i went to the Vodashop to purchase another pouch from there. while in the shop i explain to the VODASHOP consultant my frustration and she indicated that my pouch should have been replaced and the faulty pouch sent back to Blackberry...

so calling around for the entire afternoon, only to be told that "further investigations" need to take place...

seriously thinking about changing service providers
