Phones -No refund or replacement

20-08-13 My cell phone was handed in at Vodashop for repairs. A week later I was informed that there was a burglary at the shop and my phone was. They said that they await the insurance to pay out. Then I was informed that they will replace with similar or close to same make phone. Then they informed me that the owner refuse to replace or refund any phones that was. I contacted Vodacom custom care and they gave me a e-mail address. I was contacted from Vodacom by a rude lady that wanted the phone number of the Vodashop in Delmas. Vodacom did not give me the feedback on the 13-10-13 as promised by them. I was informed by manager from the Vodashop that Vodacom phoned and e-mailed them and said that Vodacom will not replace or refund under any circumstance.
Is this how Vodacom operate or is this just poor service?
